Motivation and application domain
Little is known about the kind of connections between cortical and hippocampal neurons developed ex vivo.
General objectives and main activities
1. Develop ex novo or adapt from the literature a large-scale cortical and hippocampal models.
2. Characterize the dynamics of cortical nets, and hippocampal nets alone
3. Modeling the cortical-hippocampal connectivity following the results coming from experimental recordings
