Preparation of 3D cell cultures and characterization under dynamic perfusion
General objectives and main activities
Biopolymeric hydrogels, having different mechanical properties, will be developed and tested respect to their stability under dynamic cell culture conditions. The hydrogels will be in vitro characterized using primary or cells derived from induced pluripotent stem cells.
Training Objectives (technical/analytical tools, experimental methodologies)
To gain practical experience in the development, engineerization and characterization of biopolymeric hydrogels for tissue engineering.
