Preparation, optimization and characterization of advanced 3D brain tissue cultures under dynamic perfusion
General objectives and main activities
Advanced 3D brain tissue in vitro models will be developed under dynamic cell culture conditions and characterized.
Neurons derived from human pluripotent stem cells will be used. The 3D models will be tested under different dynamic conditions and the impact on the maturation of a functional neuronal network will be characterized by immunocytochemistry and by electrophysiological recordings.
